Trane Technologies is looking for a Clinic Service Representative to manage the critical front-end patient experience. Under general supervision, you will follow standard operating procedures to ensure smooth clinic operations and contribute to a culture of service excellence for all customer groups.
What You'll Do
- Perform all patient registration activities including patient reception and face-to-face check in and check out.
- Handle preregistration, insurance verification, cash collections, chart reconciliation, and patient discharge.
- Discuss patients' general financial responsibilities and connect them with the Customer Service Center at the Corporate Business Office.
What We're Looking For
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to work with detailed information, perform calculations, complete forms, and extensively utilize a computer information system.
- Strong interpersonal skills to deal effectively both over the telephone and in person with diverse groups.
- Ability to perform a variety of tasks in a timely manner within a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
- Proven ability to work within a team setting and be supportive of team members.
- Dependable, punctual, and strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Successful completion of yearly competencies.
- Basic computer skills, including navigating software/email and using a keyboard.
- Ability to work effectively with populations of diverse backgrounds and ages.
