Trane Technologies is looking for a Clinic Service Representative to manage patient registration and front desk activities. Under general supervision, you'll follow standard procedures to ensure excellent service for all patient groups.
What You'll Do
- Perform all patient registration activities including patient reception, face-to-face check in and check out, and preregistration
- Handle insurance verification, cash collections, chart reconciliation, and patient discharge
- Discuss general financial responsibilities with patients and connect them with the Customer Service Center
- Actively contribute to a culture committed to the highest degree of service excellence
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform calculations, complete forms, and extensively utilize computer information systems
- Demonstrated ability to work with detailed information
- Strong interpersonal skills to deal effectively with patients, visitors, medical staff, and other personnel
- Ability to perform a variety of tasks in a timely manner in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
- Ability to work within a team setting and be supportive of team members
- Basic computer skills including navigating software, email, and keyboard
- Ability to work effectively with populations of diverse backgrounds and ages
- Dependable, punctual, and strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
- Successful completion of yearly competencies
