Scania Group is looking for a Service Backoffice Medewerker to manage the full administrative processing of all work carried out in Scania's own workshops in Belgium and Luxembourg. In this role, you will ensure seamless backend support for our service operations.
What You'll Do
- Perform the full administrative processing for all work completed within Scania's own workshops in Belgium and Luxembourg.
- Prepare both internal and external invoices.
- Handle warranty requests.
- Monitor and adjust the complete work order flow as necessary.
What We're Looking For
- Technical-commercial insight and experience within the automotive sector.
- Knowledge of common IT systems and software packages.
- Independence, flexibility, accuracy, and customer focus.
- Strong command of the Dutch language.
- French is a must.
- Team player mentality.
Team & Environment
You will work closely with the Service Managers and Service Advisors of the involved workshops and report to a Supervisor.
