Scania Group is looking for a People Service Partner to take ownership of payroll operations and comprehensive HR administration. You will join a team guided by Swedish values, providing expert support to our organization.
What You'll Do
- Independently create payroll for a defined group of employees
- Handle all administrative HR tasks from onboarding to offboarding
- Process time recording for assigned regions
- Provide autonomous support and consultation to specialist and management staff on HR topics, including collaboration with the works council
- Create statistics and evaluations
- Implement collective bargaining and works agreements in our HR systems
What We're Looking For
- Several years of proven, practical professional experience in payroll accounting
- Proficient use of MS-Office programs, especially Excel
Nice to Have
- Further training as a certified HR specialist
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
