Join Ivy Rehab as a Clinic Director & Equity Partner and open your own outpatient physical therapy clinic in Monroe, NC. You will play a key role in selecting the clinic location, building the team, and shaping the foundation of a new start-up clinic with full autonomy and equity ownership. Ivy Rehab supports clinicians with comprehensive resources, training, and a proven track record of successful de novo clinic openings.
What You'll Do
- Play a meaningful role in selecting the clinic site
- Shape the foundation of a new start-up clinic
- Build and grow a successful outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic
- Establish community presence and referral relationships
- Lead and manage clinic operations with full autonomy
What We're Looking For
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
