Take ownership of a new outpatient physical therapy practice in Monroe, NC, as both a licensed physical therapist and equity partner. This role offers a unique chance to help select the clinic location, design its operational framework, and lead all clinical and business aspects from day one. You’ll deliver skilled, patient-centered therapy while shaping a practice aligned with your values and vision.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate on site selection and build-out planning for the new clinic
- Establish clinical standards and operational workflows
- Provide expert orthopedic physical therapy services
- Develop relationships with local providers and community stakeholders
- Lead and mentor clinical staff as the practice grows
What You Bring
- Current physical therapy license in North Carolina
- At least two years of hands-on clinical experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
