Coopers iET AG is looking for a Client System Engineer for an indefinite project with a financial sector client based in Zürich-Süd. In this role, you will be responsible for the further development, optimization, and security of the Windows client environment and end-user services.

What You'll Do

Advance and optimize the client company's Windows client environment.
Plan and implement end-user services, as well as OS and software releases.
Analyze and resolve issues and problems in 2nd- and 3rd-level support.
Manage endpoint protection solutions and analyze security incidents.
Collaborate closely with the client's internal IT departments and external partners.
Take responsibility for requirements engineering, packaging, testing, and deployment of software.
Implement security requirements, including hardening, vulnerability, and patch management.
Create technical concepts, specifications, and documentation.
Optimize user experience and automate relevant workflows.

What We're Looking For

Several years of experience in Windows 10/11 engineering and management.
Completed education in computer science.
Very good knowledge of SCCM/MECM, GPO, and security hardening.
Practical experience with M365 services like OneDrive for Business or Windows Hello for Business.
Advanced knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
Analytical, structured, and independent way of working.
High degree of initiative, sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn.
Strong communication and presentation skills as well as a pronounced quality awareness.
Fluent German and very good English language skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with PKI and certificate management.
Experience in an enterprise or financial environment and in dealing with complex, regulated IT landscapes.
Knowledge of Windows Server 2019/2022, VDI Engineering, and RDS RemoteApp/RemoteDesktop.
