Culina Group is hiring a Client Support Supervisor

To support the Customer Service Manager Pre-Despatch, developing and supervising the Client Support Team to ensure they are offering outstanding customer service in a fast paced working environment and providing a continuous professional and dedicated facility for all Client needs. Please note: this is a fixed term contract for 12 months to cover maternity leave Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:30 Salary: £32,310.13 per annum Key Duties of a Client Support Supervisor: - Ensuring staff are adequately trained in their role & training records are maintained. - Managing time & attendance system in the absence of the Client Control Manager, ensuring adequate cover across all shifts. - Ensuring all client queries dealt with by Client Support are managed in a timely & professional manner. - Ensuring client reports are accurate & communicated in accordance with agreed timeframes. - Ensuring all client non conformances are recorded & fed back to the customer & corrective action is taken. - Supporting ‘Investors in Excellence’ initiative by examining internal & external processes, with a view to driving improvement throughout the business. - Ensuring all ISO requirements are fully satisfied & complied with. - Supporting the Client Support Manager in the implementation of new policies & procedures. - Supporting the smooth implementation of new clients into the business and ensure all staff are fully trained and briefed. - Other duties as reasonably required
