Gap Inc. is looking for a Client Support Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and support for our fast-growing companies in the skilled trades. In this role, you will manage client interactions, job advertisements, and candidate sourcing to directly support client success.
What You'll Do
- Manage inbound client communication via email with empathy and urgency.
- Collaborate with the Hiring Team in managing job ads based on clients’ needs and preferences.
- Prioritize support activities to meet client needs and internal deadlines.
- Use HubSpot CRM to track all interactions, updates, and client histories.
- Manually source candidates through our database.
- Manually parse candidate information when automated syncing fails.
- Follow and refine internal processes to streamline support delivery.
- Curate social media posts for our page and for our client’s job ads.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a client-facing support or account management role.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to handle multiple client priorities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
