Responsibilities
- Support a performance-driven culture focused on accountability and customer ease
- Help improve workflows and operational efficiency through ongoing feedback
- Reach out to borrowers by phone, email, and mail to address overdue balances
- Assess each delinquent account to determine the best resolution strategy
- Use strong negotiation techniques to set up realistic repayment plans
- Educate borrowers on their account status and the importance of timely resolution
- Maintain accurate borrower records by updating personal and financial details
- Carry out additional tasks related to collection documentation and reporting
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent

Starting at $15.75 per hour, with a commission plan offering up to $1,250 per month
