Grip is hiring a Customer Engagement & Concierge Specialist for a 1-month fixed-term contract. In this role, your primary mission is to drive platform adoption and get event participants active and booking meetings. You will work directly with attendees through high-volume outbound calls and live video demonstrations to guide them through the Grip ecosystem.

What You'll Do

Execute outbound engagement campaigns by proactively calling and emailing event participants to drive login rates and app downloads.
Increase pre-event networking by actively facilitating and encouraging the booking of meetings between participants through direct outreach and 'concierge' matchmaking support.
Conduct high-energy 1-on-1 and group video demos that demonstrate the value of the Grip platform and mobile app.
Onboard at scale by implementing programs that move hundreds of users from 'registered' to 'active' in short timeframes.
Become a power user of the Grip toolset, guiding participants on best practices for profile optimization and AI-driven matchmaking.
Capture real-time user sentiment and hurdles during calls to help the Product team refine the user journey.
