Grip is hiring a Customer Engagement & Concierge Specialist for a 1-month fixed-term contract. In this role, your primary mission is to drive platform adoption and get event participants active and booking meetings. You will work directly with attendees through high-volume outbound calls and live video demonstrations to guide them through the Grip ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Execute outbound engagement campaigns by proactively calling and emailing event participants to drive login rates and app downloads.
- Increase pre-event networking by actively facilitating and encouraging the booking of meetings between participants through direct outreach and 'concierge' matchmaking support.
- Conduct high-energy 1-on-1 and group video demos that demonstrate the value of the Grip platform and mobile app.
- Onboard at scale by implementing programs that move hundreds of users from 'registered' to 'active' in short timeframes.
- Become a power user of the Grip toolset, guiding participants on best practices for profile optimization and AI-driven matchmaking.
- Capture real-time user sentiment and hurdles during calls to help the Product team refine the user journey.
