Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for district operations and serve as a trusted advisor on safety solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with school and district stakeholders to foster lasting partnerships.
- Offer expert guidance on safety procedures, system operation, adoption methods, and recommended practices.
- Collaborate with district leaders to advance safety programs and refine operational workflows.
- Support emergency preparedness activities, including on-site assistance during reunification or safety events.
- Conduct routine in-person visits across school campuses and facilities.
- Monitor system performance and identify ways to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Review open support issues and coordinate follow-up actions with internal teams as needed.
- Perform regular inspections and functional tests of badges, gateways, beacons, and related hardware, including tasks requiring ladder use and access to elevated equipment.
- Provide weekly summaries detailing visit outcomes, findings, recommendations, and next steps.
- Lead engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for school and district staff.
- Host educational events such as Lunch & Learn sessions to promote best practices and product proficiency.
- Support onboarding and training for new personnel using safety systems.
- Coordinate with leadership to align training with professional development calendars and operational objectives.
- Serve as a go-to resource for daily system use and process questions.
- Train campus staff on badge replacement protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Assist schools in managing badge inventory and readiness for replacements.
- Encourage consistent and standardized practices across all school locations.
- Address staff inquiries and escalated issues related to system operations.
- Work with internal teams in Client Success, Support, Product, and Implementation to represent customer needs.
- Share customer insights, operational patterns, and suggestions for improvement with internal departments.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through proactive communication and reliable follow-up
