Responsibilities
- Act as a reliable and trusted contact for franchise owners, cultivating long-term relationships
- Coordinate client requests across internal departments including marketing, training, and operations
- Deliver timely, compassionate support and ensure follow-through on client inquiries and needs
- Assist in developing training initiatives, marketing evaluations, and operational enhancements
- Expand expertise in company systems and workflows to offer increasingly independent guidance
Requirements
- Approachable and understanding with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

- Proven experience working with teams across marketing, training, or operations functions
