Pearl Talent is looking for a Client Success Manager to join a US-based legal-adjacent tech startup. In this role, you'll manage the entire case lifecycle for our clients, ensuring a smooth experience while helping us refine our processes. We're a specialized recruiting firm connecting talent with founders who are dedicated to their team's long-term success.
What You'll Do
- Own assigned client cases from onboarding to completion, starting with simpler workflows and scaling up in complexity.
- Provide empathetic, clear, and timely updates, tailored to each client’s situation and tone.
- Collect, review, and track all necessary forms and documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate with internal teams, accountants, and other partners to keep cases moving forward.
- Identify recurring client situations and proactively address potential roadblocks based on past cases.
- Suggest and help implement process improvements that reduce turnaround time and increase accuracy.
- Work with our engineering team to test new features, flag issues, and suggest enhancements to our proprietary platform.
