About the Role

Learnlight is hiring a Client Success Manager who is a Spanish speaker to join our remote team. Reporting to a Team Leader in Client Success Management, you will own client relationships end-to-end, ensuring program success and long-term retention through proactive management and support.

What You'll Do

  • Own the client relationship end-to-end, acting as the main point of contact throughout the program lifecycle, from onboarding and implementation to renewal.
  • Lead program setup and coordination, including inputting client and learner data into internal systems, creating platform contracts, and liaising with internal teams.
  • Deliver client onboarding, training, and support, providing product guidance, handling escalations, and ensuring all client needs are clearly defined and met.
  • Monitor and analyze program performance, tracking KPIs such as attendance, completion rates, satisfaction, and engagement, and using this data to make informed recommendations.
  • Manage accurate documentation and reporting, including subsidy paperwork, signature sheets, billing support, and ensuring platform rates and contract conditions are correctly maintained.
  • Drive program renewals and identify growth opportunities, supporting Sales with renewals, tracking revenue, and spotting upsell or cross-sell opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • Advanced Spanish proficiency.
  • At least B2-level English proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A client-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Accuracy and reliability in handling invoices and billing support.

You will collaborate closely with Learner Success Management, Account Managers, and Trainer Management, reporting to a Team Leader in Client Success Management.
