Cynet Health is hiring a remote Client Success Manager focused on the healthcare sector. This role is central to growing and managing a portfolio of accounts across clinical, allied, and nonclinical settings. You will be responsible for building lasting client partnerships, managing job orders, ensuring compliance, and acting as the main point of escalation.
What You'll Do
- Build strong client relations and effective working relationships with clients.
- Engage with clients regularly to obtain and update open job orders.
- Relay exact customer needs and opportunities to recruiters.
- Review recruiter submissions for compliance with facility requirements.
- Maintain a healthy P&L by processing quality submittals and making placements.
- Monitor customer satisfaction through quality metrics and client scorecards.
- Travel to client sites and attend networking and industry events.
- Assist with confirmation calls and email confirmations to client facilities.
- Process assignment and contract changes, extensions, renewals, and terminations.
- Be the overall point of escalation for all current clients and provider issues.
- Build a relationship and good rapport with all healthcare providers.
- Be the primary interface with healthcare providers to ensure maximum retention.
- Ensure credentialing compliance as per TJC/JCAHO standards.
- Execute and manage referral programs.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Nice to Have
- 5+ years in Nurse or Allied health professional sales, staffing, recruiting, or related experience.
