Chime is looking for a Client Success Manager in New York to manage client relationships from campaign launch to completion, focusing on growth and retention. You will be responsible for educating clients on native advertising, analyzing campaign data, and working cross-functionally to deliver custom solutions.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact, owning the client relationship from insertion order receipt to campaign completion with the goal of client growth and retention.
- Educate clients on how native advertising and the Nativo platform contribute to campaign success and business goals.
- Partner with Sales to retain and grow accounts, strategizing on upsell and incremental tactics.
- Manage the campaign-launch process (IO processing, asset collection, content creation, third-party tag implementation) and client relationships.
- Work cross-functionally with Content, Campaign Operations, and Analytics to deliver custom solutions, optimizations, and analyses.
- Assemble and present post-campaign reports, articulating data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Assist with the development of strategy for pre-sale plans for renewal accounts.
- Accurately identify, replicate, and document product and process enhancements.
- Develop a thorough understanding of internal processes, team responsibilities, and timelines to effectively service clients.
- Drive growth of existing business, identify and cultivate new opportunities, and manage quotas and budgets.
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years experience as an account or media person at an advertising/creative agency, publisher, adtech, or other media property.
- Experience analyzing data sets to extract meaningful insights and drive informed decision-making.
- Exposure, usage, and understanding of the digital media ecosystem and advertising technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate deep relationships with clients.
- Resourceful, quick-witted, and able to effectively troubleshoot internally and externally.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
- Knowledge of and experience with creative design, messaging, and marketing to brand KPIs.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience analyzing data from platforms such as DoubleClick, Atlas, MediaMind, Radian6, Google Analytics.
- Comfort with Google Drive, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
- BA/BS required.
