What You'll Do
You will own the ongoing success of a portfolio of clients, guiding them from onboarding through renewal and beyond. Your focus will be on building trust, understanding client goals, and helping them leverage the platform to achieve measurable learning outcomes.
Using your background in Learning & Development, you’ll consult on program design, implementation, and optimization—ensuring clients use the platform effectively. You’ll lead training sessions, share best practices, and help teams adopt features that align with their business objectives.
You’ll monitor client health, proactively address risks, and create action plans to keep initiatives on track. When opportunities arise for expansion, you’ll collaborate with Account Management to support growth. Cross-functional coordination with Product, Support, and Professional Services ensures clients receive seamless support.
Requirements
- 4–6 years in B2B SaaS, preferably in LMS, HR Tech, EdTech, or learning solutions
- Hands-on experience designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs
- Proven ability to connect learning efforts to business outcomes like engagement, adoption, or KPIs
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with executives
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
- Solid understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, and core web technologies
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities with strong organizational discipline
