About the Role

The Client Success Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our clients, ensuring they achieve their goals and maximize the value they receive from our products. This role involves proactive engagement, strategic support, and driving client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Proactively engage with clients to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and drive product adoption
  • Monitor client health and satisfaction, addressing any issues or concerns promptly
  • Conduct regular business reviews and check-ins with clients to assess progress and gather feedback
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive client retention and growth
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in client success
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of client success processes and tools
  • Participate in onboarding and training of new clients
  • Work closely with the sales team to support the handoff of new clients and ensure a smooth transition
  • Provide regular updates and reports on client health, satisfaction, and progress to senior management
  • Collaborate with the product team to provide client feedback and influence product roadmaps
  • Develop and deliver client success presentations and workshops
  • Manage client success projects and initiatives from start to finish
  • Conduct regular client health checks and assessments
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to clients to help them achieve their business objectives
