Vital Software Inc. is looking for a Client Success Manager to champion our clients and foster long-term, successful partnerships. You will be the trusted advisor for our client portfolio, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes with our software.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary post-sale relationship owner for a portfolio of clients
- Develop and execute strategic success plans to drive product adoption and value realization
- Proactively monitor client health, manage escalations, and mitigate churn risk
- Gather and synthesize client feedback to inform product development and internal processes
- Identify opportunities for account growth through renewals and expansion
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a client-facing, relationship management role (e.g., Customer Success, Account Management)
- Strong track record of managing and retaining a portfolio of B2B software clients
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze data to understand client usage patterns and health metrics
