What You'll Do
Guide clients through their investment research journey by deeply understanding their goals and challenges. Act as a primary point of contact, delivering tailored support and insights that enhance how they use data to make decisions. Work closely with clients to uncover opportunities where data can drive better outcomes, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction.
Design and implement strategies to expand client engagement and contract value over time. Lead renewal processes from start to finish, while identifying pathways for growth through upsell and expansion. Represent client needs internally, collaborating across teams to improve offerings and service delivery. Help shape best practices within the Client Strategy team and contribute to its evolution as the organization scales.
Requirements
- Four or more years of experience in client-facing roles, ideally in data, research, or financial services
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-touch relationships while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in client success and investment research
- Self-motivated with the ability to initiate and drive value-added projects independently
- Skilled at translating client questions into actionable research and strategic recommendations
- Passion for continuous learning and improving processes in a fast-moving environment
- Comfortable working in a culture that values ownership, impact, and merit over hierarchy
