Join Fiserv Solutions LLC as a Client Solutions Consultant within our Issuing organization. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring Fiserv delivers on its commitments to clients, driving solutions, ensuring client satisfaction, and partnering with stakeholders across the company.
What You'll Do
- Interact with clients to understand their specific business needs and recommend solutions aligning with Fiserv product offerings for print, plastic, and communication channels.
- Develop and present tailored solutions based on customer requirements, considering functionality, cost, and compliance.
- Support internal teams through the sales cycle including sales, proposal management, and product.
- Work with product and technology teams to determine options requiring future development or new offerings.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for current Fiserv solution offerings within print, plastics, and communication channels.
What We're Looking For
- Knowledge of ACH, wires, fraud controls, and money movement operations and related systems.
- Strong experience in relationship building with both internal and external business partners.
- 6+ years of an equivalent combination of educational, work, and/or financial industry experience.
Nice to Have
- Client consulting experience.
- Background and experience generating revenue growth for clients by finding opportunities to utilize product or service functions.
- Experience with championing and providing consulting recommendations to support system enhancements/modernization.

- Compensation range: $100,000.00 - $162,000.00
