About the Role

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Client Solutions Architect Manager for its Payments division. In this role, you will be integral to innovating and supporting the sales process by architecting technical solutions for clients with complex needs. You will leverage your deep technical and industry expertise to develop viable solutions, track product adoption, and ensure client value is realized.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the configuration and modification of the firm’s products and solutions, often with Technology, to fit complex client use cases
  • Support Sales in solutioning and deal stages for pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning
  • Engage with technical client teams to deliver presentations and demonstrations on product capabilities
  • Identify and define development requirements for product design enhancements based on client feedback
  • Partner with Product Management to ensure successful change management and launch readiness
  • Work closely with Service, Sales, Implementation, and other internal teams to provide updates, training, and communication
  • Document new or existing processes and execute projects to drive efficiency
  • Participate in complex client implementations, inject urgency, and lead parties to project completion

What We're Looking For

  • Proven expertise working across a broad set of related products
  • Demonstrated ability to apply deep technical understanding to solution configurations in a specific domain
  • Experience supporting Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning
  • Experience working with clients in a technology field and interfacing with engineers
  • Strong client management and executive-level communications skills
  • Experience in payments, technology, e-commerce, and financial services, specifically Treasury Services/Payments or Merchant Services
  • Deep understanding of payment systems, operational and product delivery, and transaction processing
  • Proven client-interface and teaming skills with an ability to observe client problems and ideate solutions
  • Excellent presentation and communications skills, with the ability to present to clients and decision makers
  • Work-related domestic travel is required

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of product development processes, project management, and product development lifecycle
  • Experience with, and technical knowledge of digital channels products, including API, voice, and mobile channels
  • Working knowledge of traditional and emerging payment methods (e.g., global clearing, real-time payments, digital wallets, card)
  • Strategic thinker that combines strong analytical skills and creative problem solving
  • Client advocate that seeks to understand client needs and improve client experience
