Responsibilities
- Work closely with mentors and leaders to grasp project objectives and methodologies that support professional development
- Gain proficiency in payer data and Managed Markets concepts to enhance project management and client interactions
- Gather and analyze business requirements derived from client feedback and product testing
- Lead the creation and upkeep of project plans, collaborating with team members to track progress, risks, and resolution strategies
- Support the development of creative assets by clarifying requirements and managing Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MRL) submission workflows
- Build expertise in client-specific MRL review systems and approval protocols
- Organize and schedule meetings involving Engagement, Business Intelligence, Application Teams, or subject matter experts as needed
- Oversee the handling of client inquiries to maintain high levels of service and satisfaction
