ONE80 INTERMEDIARIES INC is looking for a Client Services Manager (CSM) to develop and maintain a network of assigned clients and serve as the operations liaison. You will manage all resources and priorities for everyday tasks and program developments, providing client support and communicating interdepartmentally.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day operations to support client needs, including sales registrations, billing verification, marketing requests, reporting, claims adjudication, and client communications.
- Coordinate completion of client needs and requests with all company stakeholders.
- Onboard new clients, ensuring all legal documentation is received, executed, and archived.
- Complete client setup in the Information Management System (SIMS) and online web portals.
- Provide internal and external program training and support.
- Serve as a central source of knowledge regarding program-relevant Products, Terms & Conditions, and processes.
- Independently manage short- and long-term program developments and prioritize company and client requests.
- Schedule, facilitate, recap, and publish meeting notes and usher actionable items to completion.
- Onboard and maintain operational oversight of large commercial deployments (500+ service contracts), including personal onboarding calls and developing risk mitigation plans.
What We're Looking For
- One to three years of experience in Account Management, Project Management or a similar/equivalent position.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Nice to Have
- College Degree.
- Licensed insurance agent for Property and Casualty lines.
- Strong knowledge of Project Management software (Monday.com) and Sales CRMs (HubSpot).
