Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project implementation, from initial design to deployment, ensuring alignment with client specifications.
- Collaborate with Product Delivery, Application, and Client Services teams under managerial guidance to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Partner with internal departments to create content for Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) reviews, training resources, and testing protocols.
- Assist in preparing client-facing materials including presentations, meeting notes, and follow-up actions.
- Engage directly with clients to manage changes to application deliverables and workflows.
- Schedule and facilitate cross-functional meetings involving Product Delivery, Application, Delivery Enablement, Client Services, and subject matter experts as needed.
- Work with leadership to understand project rationale and execution strategies to enhance client value and personal development.
- Conduct final internal testing of applications before client validation.
- Maintain current knowledge of all active projects, including status updates, upcoming milestones, and anticipated client needs.
- Address client inquiries by resolving them directly or escalating to the appropriate team, ensuring timely and clear communication.
- Apply structured problem-solving techniques to identify root causes, lead resolution efforts, and implement effective solutions.
