Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to client inquiries in German
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Escalate complex problems when necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor service requests to ensure timely resolution
- Communicate service updates to clients clearly
- Assist in onboarding new clients
- Gather client feedback to inform service improvements
- Track and report on key service metrics
- Maintain confidentiality of client information
- Adapt communication style to suit client needs
- Follow up on unresolved cases
- Support multilingual clients when needed
