Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary and reliable point of contact for Italian-speaking customers and prospects
  • Handle customer inquiries via email and phone
  • Work closely with other departments to find quick and comprehensive solutions for complex customer questions
  • Continuously expand financial knowledge through internal training and self-motivated learning
  • Leverage customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in product and internal processes

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian (spoken and written)
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries via email and phone
  • Willingness to continuously expand financial knowledge through training and self-learning

Additional Information

  • This position is initially fixed-term for two years
