Responsibilities
- Act as the primary and reliable point of contact for Italian-speaking customers and prospects
- Handle customer inquiries via email and phone
- Work closely with other departments to find quick and comprehensive solutions for complex customer questions
- Continuously expand financial knowledge through internal training and self-motivated learning
- Leverage customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in product and internal processes
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (spoken and written)
- Ability to handle customer inquiries via email and phone
- Willingness to continuously expand financial knowledge through training and self-learning
