The role focuses on enhancing international program offerings, facilitating Spanish language instruction sales, tourism services, and maintaining exceptional program management standards. Tasks The professional provides comprehensive support to international participants, clients, and volunteers, addressing diverse needs including in-country assistance, sales, client relations, scheduling, accommodation, travel logistics, and comprehensive support services. ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES Participant management encompasses: - Client acquisition and relationship management - Airport transportation coordination - Participant orientation and welcome procedures - Housing support and issue resolution - Communication management via email, telephone, and CRM system updates - Scheduling coordination for volunteers, language courses, and homestays - Travel arrangement documentation Regular administrative tasks involve generating reports using Microsoft Excel, including: - Monthly program registration tracking - Weekly arrival summaries - Accommodation and family placement documentation - Spanish class scheduling - Participant feedback compilation Additional responsibilities include payment collection, basic invoicing, and proactive collaboration with Academic and Accounting departments.
