Responsibilities
- Lead client initiatives from start to finish, emphasizing direct mail, printed materials, and marketing outputs.
- Oversee job configuration, timelines, production workflows, and distribution by coordinating internal departments and third-party vendors.
- Collaborate with sales, production, and technical staff to accurately implement client requirements.
- Track project schedules, financial allocations, and quality benchmarks, intervening early to resolve issues and fulfill client expectations.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining open communication, visibility into progress, and high service standards.
- Bridge communication between clients and internal teams including sales, design, production, and technology to ensure smooth project execution.
- Guide conversations on creative needs, printing details, and data formatting for mail-related services.
- Foster effective relationships with internal collaborators and outside partners to ensure reliable delivery performance.
- Develop trusted client partnerships by learning their marketing objectives and supporting successful campaign outcomes.
- Offer expert advice on effective practices in marketing mail, direct mail production, and print-based solutions.
- Identify and resolve project obstacles, escalating when needed to maintain service quality and client satisfaction.
