Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for current and potential Italian-speaking clients
- Respond to customer questions through email and phone communication
- Efficiently handle routine client inquiries
- Collaborate with the Level 2 support team to direct complex issues to appropriate specialists
- Collect and communicate customer feedback to highlight opportunities for enhancing products and internal workflows
- Consistently build financial expertise through company training and independent study
