JPMorgan Chase & Co. is looking for a Client Service Analyst to support customers throughout their journeys, with a focus on employee onboarding and product adoption. You will be a key part of ensuring seamless and personalized experiences for our employees.
What You'll Do
- Provide in-person assistance such as addressing inquiries, troubleshooting challenges, and gathering feedback and insights for product and servicing teams.
- Drive product adoption through training and awareness initiatives.
- Take new customers through the onboarding process and guide them through initial setup and configuration of products to fit their specific needs.
- Proactively get involved with location-specific events and priorities to support employees.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in customer success or a relevant domain area.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service with a strong desire to help customers succeed.
- Proven experience successfully engaging customers using strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated experience in working with technology and the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through problem-solving steps.
- Proficient in using virtual communication tools and technology platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
