Transcarent is hiring a Client Sales Executive (Client Development Sales Lead, Mid Market - West). This role is responsible for growing client-business relationships and identifying strategic opportunities to drive revenue. Success comes from developing growth plans for existing clients, pursuing new business, and closing sales targets in the dynamic healthcare sector.
What You'll Do
- Meet sales and revenue goals by designing and executing plans to achieve these targets.
- Create strategies to combat potential revenue losses.
- Work closely with internal partners to stay current on product options and contribute to product evolution.
- Assess health of customer relationships and identify product solutions to improve customer retention and outcomes.
- Perform ongoing customer reviews to strategize on opportunities to bolster outcomes and ensure healthy relationships.
- Stay abreast of market dynamics, competitors, and customer dynamics to identify new approaches.
- Develop presentations to inform existing clients about additional product or service opportunities.
- Create a network of relationships externally with ecosystem partners to facilitate strategic sales opportunities.
- Support the sales process from inception to close and keep management abreast of opportunities and risks.
- Perform recurring reviews of contracts and renew historical upsell opportunities.
- Develop relationships within customer base to facilitate short-term and long-term sales opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field, with 10 years of experience in sales and/or business development, or an equivalent combination.
- Experience working with large national account customers.
- Proven experience in a client development sales role with a demonstrated pattern of success.
- Demonstrated abilities to exceed target revenue goals, provide excellent customer service, build long-term relationships, and work in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of, or experience working in the Healthcare industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as solid presentation skills.
