Responsibilities
- Educate clients about the financial hardship debt program, explaining benefits, procedures, and available pathways.
- Use empathy and active listening to calm distressed clients and address concerns about their financial challenges.
- Navigate the CRM system efficiently to retrieve and interpret client data, including financial status and program progress.
- Keep precise and thorough documentation of all client communications and program developments within the CRM.
- Evaluate each client’s financial circumstances to identify the most suitable path toward becoming debt-free.
- Work directly with clients to create tailored strategies that support their financial objectives and encourage continued program participation.
- Meet or surpass client retention targets, with performance-based commissions tied to client success.
- Deliver high-quality customer service via phone and digital channels, addressing inquiries and proactively identifying unspoken needs.
