Beyond Finance is hiring a Client Retention Specialist (Remote)

Responsibilities

  • Educate clients about the financial hardship debt program, explaining benefits, procedures, and available pathways.
  • Use empathy and active listening to calm distressed clients and address concerns about their financial challenges.
  • Navigate the CRM system efficiently to retrieve and interpret client data, including financial status and program progress.
  • Keep precise and thorough documentation of all client communications and program developments within the CRM.
  • Evaluate each client’s financial circumstances to identify the most suitable path toward becoming debt-free.
  • Work directly with clients to create tailored strategies that support their financial objectives and encourage continued program participation.
  • Meet or surpass client retention targets, with performance-based commissions tied to client success.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service via phone and digital channels, addressing inquiries and proactively identifying unspoken needs.

  • A quiet, dedicated home workspace is mandatory, with a company-provided desktop computer.
  • Reliable internet connection capable of hardwiring to the desktop is required.
  • Prior experience working remotely is necessary.
  • Spanish bilingualism is preferred but not required.
  • Call center experience is mandatory.
  • Experience in debt consolidation is a plus.
