Viva.com is looking for a Client Relationship On-Field Representative to join our Direct Representatives Team in Cork. In this role, you will be the face of our services, engaging directly with merchants to drive adoption and ensure their ongoing success.
What You'll Do
- Promote company services by visiting clients’ premises.
- Assist merchants with verification and activation processes.
- Monitor and analyze portfolio performance.
- Provide in-person support and consultation for existing customers.
- Engage in both system-scheduled and self-initiated activities.
- Ensure new merchants in your assigned portfolio complete registration.
- Support existing merchants in maintaining active usage.
- Escalate issues by opening cases for problems beyond your resolution scope.
- Present product features and benefits to clients in a compelling manner.
- Travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with payment solutions or goods and services into the Hospitality (bars, hotels, restaurants, cafes, takeaways, etc.) or Retail sectors.
- Fully valid Irish or European driving licence.
- Own vehicle for this position.
Team & Environment
You will be an integral member of our Direct Representatives Team, focusing on direct, on-field merchant engagement and support.
Work Mode
This is a local-city role based in Cork, requiring regular travel within the area to meet clients.
