RES Consultant Group is hiring a Remote Client Relationship Manager/Senior Accountant for a growing CPA firm focused on the dental industry. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping practice owners deeply understand their financials to drive better business decisions. The role is a dynamic mix of 40% accounting, 30% advisory services (business and tax), 25% tax preparation, and 5% bookkeeping.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for a dedicated book of 30 to 40 clients, managing relationships via email, Zoom, and phone.
- Meet with clients quarterly to review financial statements and provide strategic insights that drive business growth.
- Oversee G/L activity, financial statement preparation, and heavy account reconciliations.
- Facilitate the tax compliance process by preparing returns and providing clean financials to the tax department.
- Review transactional work and ensure all monthly accounting activities stay on schedule.
What We're Looking For
- Active CPA or EA certification.
