Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring clear and proactive communication between clients and internal teams.
- Provide clients with consistent updates on sales performance and inform them of available marketing initiatives.
- Lead the collection and submission of client feedback to support process improvements and system enhancements.
- Clearly communicate technical specifications and system constraints to both clients and internal stakeholders in an accessible manner.
- Partner with cross-functional teams across the organization to deliver optimal results for publisher clients.
- Represent client interests within the company and advocate company offerings and strategies to publisher clients.
- Ensure publishers adhere to required metadata and operational standards to maintain project timelines.
- Plan and conduct client meetings, coordinate sales conferences, and meet deadlines aligned with sales and marketing objectives.
- Engage regularly with publisher clients—virtually or in person—to understand business needs and explore opportunities for mutual growth, especially regarding broader service offerings.
- Document meeting minutes when needed, including action items, responsible parties, and key deadlines.
- Design, produce, and distribute content marketing campaigns across multiple platforms such as social media, email, digital, print, and events to enhance brand visibility and growth.
- Gather, evaluate, and report on marketing campaign performance using analytical tools to inform future strategies.
- Complete and maintain up-to-date knowledge of company systems, procedures, and operational processes through regular training.
- Support the training and development of team members once proficient in role-specific expertise.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Publisher Services Manager to develop client-facing marketing and communication materials.
- Coordinate with the Business Operations team to manage client onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines as defined by company policy.
