Stride Build is looking for a Client Principal to own, grow, and protect a portfolio of strategic client accounts while serving as a trusted advisor to senior product and technology executives. This is a senior, client-facing leadership role with direct P&L accountability, managing 2–4 client accounts and driving expansion through new and extended Statements of Work.
What You'll Do
- Own the commercial success and P&L of a portfolio of strategic client accounts.
- Drive quarterly revenue targets through new and expanded SOWs.
- Build advisory-level relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Position and sell Agentic AI solutions as core drivers of client value.
- Translate client pain points into Agentic AI–led Statements of Work.
- Create executive alignment around AI-driven ROI.
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Delivery Leaders to shape and close high value engagements.
- Leverage Stride’s chair and CEO to elevate relationships and unlock growth.
- Ensure the delivery of existing SOW dollars and proactively prevent revenue attrition.
- Manage delivery risks proactively leveraging your account team.
- Escalate issues appropriately and partner with Stride’s executives and delivery teams to resolve them.
- Step in when senior-level intervention is required.
- Serve as Stride’s senior representative to client executives.
- Educate senior client stakeholders on agentic workflows, AI operating models, and organizational readiness.
- Facilitate executive-level discussions focused on outcomes and transformation.
- Partner closely with Delivery, Product, and Engineering teams to delight clients.
- Champion an Agentic AI mindset internally, helping Stride evolve its consulting craft.
- Actively engage with Stride’s chair and CEO for mentorship and feedback.
What We're Looking For
- Experience owning and growing strategic client accounts in consulting or professional services.
- Background selling and delivering custom software engineering and/or AI services.
- Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar portfolios.
- Executive presence and strong consultative selling skills.
