Responsibilities
- Foster strong, trust-based relationships by consistently addressing and anticipating client needs
- Expand client portfolios by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and executing growth strategies
- Design and implement tailored account plans using market intelligence and data to guide strategic expansion
- Proactively identify and manage account risks, developing and applying effective mitigation actions
- Develop and lead structured client review cycles to enhance satisfaction and alignment
- Work closely with sales, delivery, and marketing teams to align client objectives with organizational strengths
- Track and analyze account performance metrics, client satisfaction scores, and KPIs to inform leadership decisions
- Maintain high client retention through consistent communication and early risk intervention
- Lead initiatives to improve team processes and enhance overall client outcomes
- Keep current with industry and market trends to better predict client needs and adjust service offerings
