Client Operations Specialist – Remote (U.S. Only)

Role Overview

This position serves as a key support partner for financial advisors, managing day-to-day client account operations within a boutique, service-driven environment. As a remote specialist, you will handle client inquiries, streamline account processes, and ensure accurate, compliant execution of administrative tasks—all while maintaining a high standard of client care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for client service and operational questions, providing clear and timely responses on account details, documentation, and custodial procedures
  • Process new account setups, asset transfers, account modifications, and cash transactions to support a smooth client journey
  • Collaborate with financial advisors to assist with client follow-up and administrative coordination
  • Work directly with custodial partners such as Charles Schwab and Fidelity to resolve issues and maintain efficient workflows
  • Keep detailed, accurate records and uphold compliance protocols across all client interactions

Qualifications

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. You should be comfortable resolving operational challenges independently and communicating effectively with advisors, custodians, and internal teams.

Preferred experience includes work in financial planning or within a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) setting. Familiarity with custodial platforms like Charles Schwab and Fidelity is an asset.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, remote position open to U.S.-based candidates. Work hours should align with U.S. business operations, particularly the Pacific Time Zone. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, client-centered culture that values precision, responsiveness, and professionalism.
