The Client Operations Specialist at HireHawk will serve as the primary point of contact for client service and operational inquiries, supporting financial advisors and ensuring smooth account administration and custodial processes with Charles Schwab and Fidelity. This is a remote, full-time contractor role aligned with U.S. business hours in the Pacific Time Zone, ideal for a detail-oriented professional passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.
What You'll Do
- Serve as primary contact for client service and operational inquiries, answering questions regarding accounts, paperwork, and custodial processes
- Process and manage account openings, transfers, maintenance requests, and cash movements to ensure seamless client experience
- Support financial advisors with account administration and client follow-up to enhance service delivery
- Liaise with custodians to resolve issues efficiently and maintain operational excellence
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance standards are met while providing polished, professional client service
