yoummday is looking for a Client Operations Manager to establish and lead a new sales team for a client in the vacation rental industry. You will be the primary point of contact, overseeing all operational and process-related aspects of a customer service & sales project.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, implement their specific requirements into processes, and ensure high-quality execution.
- Empower and coach up to 5 remote team leads, each managing up to 25 independently contracted agents, to act independently and motivate their teams.
- Analyze all relevant KPIs, quickly identify areas for improvement, and proactively drive timely optimizations.
- Coordinate all internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless processes and positive outcomes.
- Proactively drive process improvements and collaborate closely with the operations management team.
What We're Looking For
- A completed professional qualification.
- Solid experience in sales management, project management, and team leadership.
- A proven track record in building, leading, and motivating high-performing sales teams.
- Ability to set clear targets, monitor KPIs, and drive revenue growth while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate people through persuasion, energy, and expertise in a remote environment.
- Strong commitment to quality with a sharp focus on achieving sales results.
- Structured work approach with flexibility to adapt to fast-changing situations.
- Confident and self-assured presence, and enjoy working in cross-functional and intercultural teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a contact center or customer service environment.
- Comfortable communicating in Spanish.
