Scale Virtually is hiring a Client Onboarding & Process Manager (Remote)

Responsibilities

  • Lead structured onboarding calls to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables before recruitment starts
  • Create clear, step-by-step standard operating procedures from client operations so virtual assistants can work independently
  • Step in to resolve unclear or incomplete workflows to maintain process integrity
  • Develop and improve job descriptions to accurately reflect required skills, responsibilities, and workflows
  • Collaborate with placement teams to confirm roles are ready and candidate profiles are aligned
  • Proactively identify and communicate any misalignments or gaps in planning or expectations
  • Maintain real-time communication with clients about progress, follow-ups, and obstacles
