Responsibilities
- Lead structured onboarding calls to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables before recruitment starts
- Create clear, step-by-step standard operating procedures from client operations so virtual assistants can work independently
- Step in to resolve unclear or incomplete workflows to maintain process integrity
- Develop and improve job descriptions to accurately reflect required skills, responsibilities, and workflows
- Collaborate with placement teams to confirm roles are ready and candidate profiles are aligned
- Proactively identify and communicate any misalignments or gaps in planning or expectations
- Maintain real-time communication with clients about progress, follow-ups, and obstacles
