Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Client Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts for a portfolio of strategic clients within a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. This remote role involves close collaboration with internal teams and clients to develop and execute tailored marketing strategies that drive engagement and measurable business results.
What You'll Do
- Define and align client marketing goals with internal teams, based on business priorities and market insights.
- Translate client objectives into scalable, data-driven campaign strategies that deliver measurable engagement.
- Collaborate across Growth Marketing, Content Strategy, and other teams to develop and execute client-focused campaigns.
- Lead the full campaign lifecycle including pitching ideas, securing approvals, managing timelines, and ensuring flawless execution.
- Serve as the main marketing contact for clients, managing communications, regular check-ins, and business reviews.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance, track key metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage client marketing budgets to ensure efficient spending aligned with ROI goals.
- Develop marketing best practices and tools to increase client adoption and operational efficiency.
- Drive innovation through testing and new campaign tactic development to enhance client engagement.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in B2B, partner, or client-facing marketing roles, preferably in fast-paced, cross-functional settings.
- Proven success managing and scaling multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable impact.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to convert client goals into actionable marketing plans.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in analyzing campaign performance and making data-backed optimizations.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, comfortable engaging with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong client management and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of audience segmentation, targeting, and engagement strategies.
- Solid project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Proficiency in marketing and project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Salesforce, and Looker.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
