Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to shape and scale the customer journey in our high-growth cybersecurity environment. This fully remote, data-driven role requires a customer-obsessed leader to own lifecycle marketing strategies, influence feature adoption, and optimize conversion funnels.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design, execution, and optimization of lifecycle marketing strategies that guide users from acquisition through retention.
- Drive feature engagement and product adoption through targeted educational initiatives like webinars, email campaigns, and customer hub content.
- Own outbound campaign operations including A/B testing, performance tracking, and channel optimization.
- Collaborate with content and brand teams to create high-conversion messaging and creative assets.
- Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to define qualification criteria and improve sales handoff effectiveness.
- Enhance visibility into key funnel metrics such as lead quality and trial-to-opportunity conversion by acquisition channel.
- Work closely with the Web team to ensure marketing needs are aligned with website updates and user experience improvements.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in growth marketing or product marketing, with a strong focus on Product-Led Growth in SaaS or B2B tech.
- Proven success in improving user activation and engagement in collaboration with product teams.
- Expertise in customer journey mapping and funnel conversion optimization using behavior-based triggers.
- Proficient with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests across multiple marketing touchpoints.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to draw actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to align stakeholders across marketing, product, and sales.
- Action-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable impact.
