Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Customer Success Manager, Corporate to build and manage key client relationships. In this remote role, you will serve as the primary partner for a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring they maximize the value of the platform to achieve their business goals.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end management of assigned corporate client accounts, serving as the main point of contact for client inquiries and escalations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment, satisfaction, and retention.
- Proactively engage clients through calls, workshops, and campaigns to drive adoption, optimize platform usage, and achieve desired outcomes.
- Analyze customer data and usage metrics to identify opportunities for improvement, upselling, and risk mitigation.
- Provide product guidance and training to clients, enabling them to leverage features effectively.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support, Operations) to resolve issues, escalate concerns, and communicate client needs.
- Monitor account health, manage escalations, and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and advocacy.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales-focused roles.
- Strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to demonstrate ROI and business value.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Experience in product training, onboarding, and re-engaging clients.
- Familiarity with data analysis, performance tracking, and creating actionable insights for clients.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing accounts across multiple time zones.
Nice to Have
- Project management skills and experience with tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Tableau, or equivalent platforms are a plus.
- Knowledge of financial software, SaaS platforms, or enterprise technology solutions is preferred.
