Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Director, Customer Marketing to serve as a senior leader responsible for driving engagement, growth, and advocacy across a diverse B2B client base. You will shape strategies to enhance customer relationships, encourage product adoption, and foster loyalty.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the full customer marketing function, building strategies that inspire customer success and advocacy.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of customer marketers.
- Design cross-sell, upsell, and expansion initiatives to support growth objectives.
- Lead customer communications and lifecycle marketing to ensure consistent, value-driven interactions.
- Create educational and engagement programs that address customer challenges and promote best practices.
- Oversee advocacy marketing efforts including referrals, reviews, testimonials, and case studies.
- Drive audience segmentation, personalization, and automation strategies.
- Collaborate with leaders across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Customer Success, and other departments to align priorities.
- Analyze customer behavior, developing insights on personas and journeys, and reporting on key performance metrics, budgets, and ROI.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in customer or product marketing.
- Proven expertise in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Track record of leading teams of 5+ professionals toward operational and marketing excellence.
- Strong ability to balance strategy with execution, setting ambitious growth targets aligned with business goals.
- Demonstrated skills in cross-functional collaboration and executive communication.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to uncover insights and translate them into growth strategies.
- Organized and methodical, while adaptable to changing priorities.
