Symplicity is looking for a Client Manager - UK to own client success and strategic account management for our clients in the United Kingdom. You'll be a key partner, ensuring clients achieve their goals and maximizing the value of their partnership with Symplicity.
What You'll Do
- Manage and nurture key client relationships in the UK region.
- Drive client success, adoption, and satisfaction with our solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow and retain business.
- Act as the primary point of contact, understanding client needs and ensuring their objectives are met.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a client-facing account management or client success role.
- Strong track record of managing UK-based client portfolios.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment.
Work Mode
This is a remote position based in London, UK. You will work from home while managing a UK-focused client portfolio.
