Symplicity is looking for a Client Manager - UK to own client success and strategic account management for our clients in the United Kingdom. You'll be a key partner, ensuring clients achieve their goals and maximizing the value of their partnership with Symplicity.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and nurture key client relationships in the UK region.
  • Drive client success, adoption, and satisfaction with our solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow and retain business.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, understanding client needs and ensuring their objectives are met.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a client-facing account management or client success role.
  • Strong track record of managing UK-based client portfolios.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment.

Work Mode

This is a remote position based in London, UK. You will work from home while managing a UK-focused client portfolio.
