Luminare Health is hiring a Client Manager to manage the overall relationship with a key strategic client. You will be responsible for day-to-day activities, problem resolution, and renewal activities, ensuring the successful delivery of our products and services to guarantee client satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Manage the day-to-day activities, problem resolution, and renewal activities for a key strategic client.
- Develop key relationships within internal operational resources to bring solutions, problem solving, and consultation to the client.
- Maintain relationships with senior management level contacts within the client's Benefits, Human Resources, and financial staff.
- Ensure service delivery of Luminare Health products and services to guarantee client satisfaction.
- Participate in some internal projects.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 3-5 years of previous Client Management experience or experience in a similar TPA or insurance environment with client-facing responsibilities.
- Ability to travel 10%-20%.
- Thorough understanding of self-funding and employee benefit plans; stop loss understanding a plus.
- Knowledge and understanding of benefit-related federal laws, such as ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and PPACA.
- Ability to interact with senior level executives.
- Analytical skills, problem solving skills, reading ability, creative decision-making skills, and time management skills.
- Results oriented and self-motivated.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.

Work Mode
