Luminare Health is hiring a Client Manager to manage the overall relationship with a key strategic client. You will be responsible for day-to-day activities, problem resolution, and renewal activities, ensuring the successful delivery of our products and services to guarantee client satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Manage the day-to-day activities, problem resolution, and renewal activities for a key strategic client.
• Develop key relationships within internal operational resources to bring solutions, problem solving, and consultation to the client.
• Maintain relationships with senior management level contacts within the client's Benefits, Human Resources, and financial staff.
• Ensure service delivery of Luminare Health products and services to guarantee client satisfaction.
• Participate in some internal projects.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3-5 years of previous Client Management experience or experience in a similar TPA or insurance environment with client-facing responsibilities.
• Ability to travel 10%-20%.
• Thorough understanding of self-funding and employee benefit plans; stop loss understanding a plus.
• Knowledge and understanding of benefit-related federal laws, such as ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and PPACA.
• Ability to interact with senior level executives.
• Analytical skills, problem solving skills, reading ability, creative decision-making skills, and time management skills.
• Results oriented and self-motivated.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.

Nice to Have

• College degree.
• State insurance license.

• Salary range: $66,300.00 - $124,500.00.
