Slang.ai is seeking a Client Experience Manager to be the primary owner of relationships with our Small and Medium Business (SMB) client base. You will be the trusted advisor who ensures our clients are successful, satisfied, and see maximum value from our platform.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for SMB clients, building strong, trusted relationships.
- Proactively manage client health by monitoring usage, identifying risks, and developing success plans.
- Act as the voice of the client internally, collaborating with Product and Engineering to relay feedback and feature requests.
- Drive adoption and value realization by guiding clients on best practices and new feature utilization.
- Facilitate renewal conversations and identify opportunities for account growth.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a client-facing role such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services.
- Strong track record of managing a high-volume portfolio of SMB or mid-market accounts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Data-driven and process-oriented, with experience using metrics to guide client strategy.
- Self-motivated and highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Work Mode
This is a remote position. Candidates should be based in or near New York, New York for occasional in-person collaboration.
