Responsibilities
- Deliver continuous technical and account assistance to multiple nonprofit clients utilizing the raisin® online fundraising platform
- Conduct training sessions, both virtual and in-person, covering all functionalities of the raisin® system
- Maintain accurate and current records in the CRM, including client interactions, contact information, and sales opportunities
- Ensure precise tracking and billing of all support-related time and activities
- Assist with marketing efforts, including digital and print campaigns, as assigned
- Support business growth initiatives and client engagement strategies as directed

- This is a full-time position with hours from Monday to Friday.
- Currently, all team members are working remotely.
- All training, onboarding, and job responsibilities will be conducted remotely until further notice.
- The organization may request in-person meetings when permitted under Ontario Health and Safety COVID-19 guidelines.
- In the future, candidates must be able to work on-site at least part-time at the fully renovated office in Toronto's Junction neighbourhood.
