Phreesia is hiring a Client Experience Associate

About the Role

What You'll Do

In this role, you’ll play a central part in growing and maintaining client partnerships within digital health. You'll work closely with advertising agencies and life science organizations to identify opportunities for patient and healthcare provider engagement campaigns. Your efforts will directly contribute to new business development, contract renewals, and account expansion.

You’ll deliver compelling presentations that showcase platform capabilities, respond to agency RFPs, and collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client goals. Staying informed about industry developments, including product launches and shifts in client priorities, will be essential to maintaining strong, proactive relationships.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree is required, along with 1–2+ years of experience in client-facing roles within digital media, healthcare publishing, or pharma advertising. You should have a proven ability to manage accounts, create persuasive PowerPoint presentations, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Experience in digital media sales or agency account management is essential.
