Support client growth in digital advertising and life sciences by managing relationships with agencies and brands. This role focuses on expanding partnerships, contributing to sales objectives, and delivering strategic value in a remote, client-facing environment based in the New York City area.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development, renewals, and expansion opportunities with media agencies, advertising representatives, and life science organizations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through virtual and in-person engagement
- Deliver compelling presentations that showcase capabilities and identify new brand opportunities
- Monitor pharmaceutical industry developments, product launches, and client-specific updates
- Collaborate with Client Experience Managers to prepare campaign proposals and product demonstrations
- Create strategic account plans to support digital advertising initiatives and brand objectives
- Complete media agency RFPs and ensure inclusion of services in client proposals
- Work closely with internal teams across Network Solutions to align on client needs and opportunities
- Support senior team members with client initiatives and campaign execution
Qualifications
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree and have 1–2+ years of experience in digital media sales, client services, or account management within healthcare media, digital advertising, or related fields. Proficiency in PowerPoint is essential for creating impactful client presentations. Familiarity with digital media metrics and campaign performance is required.
Healthcare media experience—particularly in pharmaceutical, point-of-care, DTC/HCP, or programmatic environments—is highly valued. Candidates must be comfortable engaging clients in social and professional settings within the NYC metro area, with occasional travel outside the region.

Compensation
Base salary range: $70,000 – $75,000. Includes equity and a full total rewards package covering benefits, incentives, and development support.
